I offer various workshops and seminars:
- 1 hour sessions – an understanding of what Generative AI actually is and how to understand it enough to use it
- 3 hours split over 2 sessions a week apart – Intro to AI and activities, followed by Q&A on what you have found
- 3-4 hour session – Half day including working on how to apply AI to your specific business challenges, which AIs to use and demonstrations of tools
- full day workshop – Introduction, problem understanding, workshop on working as a group with AI augmentation. Agentic AI use, conclusion and future planning
- 2 day workshop – Hackathon style event, with practical application of AI tools feedback and mentorship, creating new workflows and solving workplace automation tasks. This can be having web or app outputs generated by AI which help with your specific problems.
- 6 week course, 3 hours per week – This is a micro course where we take the attendees through progressively deeper understanding of how to use AI effectively. Feedback on progress and development of advanced AI skills
- 6 week transformation – Intense business transformation to pivot to and AI first approach to your business. Requires commitment to changing processes and investment in both upskilling and changing processes
